Raynard Howell Jr.

Known for his success with the Double X Posse, Ray is a #1 Billboard Recording Artist and the Founder of The Healing Frequency Cancer Foundation originally established in 2018 and later revived in 2025. 

​

He rose to fame in the '90s as the lead member of Double X Posse, the award winning group from his hometown of Jersey City, New Jersey and the first rap group to sign with Craig Kallman who later became President of Atlantic Records. 

​

His record 'Not Gonna Be Able To Do It' reached number #1 on the Billboard Rap Charts and is a staple phrase in the hip hop community to this day. Featured in shows such as Fresh Prince of Bel Air, ESPN's Jacoby & Jalen, Wu-tang Saga and 

 

In 2024 he received an official Resolution from the City of Jersey City for his accomplishments and contributions to music and to his city.

The HFC4 was established in honor of his mother, grandmother, daughter and wife; all who faced individual challenges with breast cancer,

Co-Founder

Alaura Lovelight

International recording artist, host of The Alaura Show (2024-2025) breast cancer thriver and the Co-Founder of The Healing Frequency Cancer Foundation originally established in 2018 and later revived in 2025. 

​

Having lived her own experience through the challenge of breast cancer at the early age of 36, many of the holistic practices and mindful exercises shared through the HFC4 played a role in her personal healing journey.​

​

With cancer directly affected herself and many loved ones, the mission of The Healing Frequency Cancer Foundation is extremely close to her heart.
